As we continue to monitor the latest updates and information about the global COVID-19 outbreak, we are taking additional measures to ensure we safeguard the health of our employees and customers and preserve our ability to operate. In compliance with directives given by the Dutch government, which will be updated on a regular base due to the fast changing reality and development of the coronavirus, the TSHR factory operates with limited number of staff at the factory in a shift turnaround schedule. While the rest of the staff works remotely in order to continue our business operation and support our valued customers and channel partners with lowest impact as possible.

The following major measures have been put in place till 6 April 2020, and may be extended if needed until further notice:
- Production and Operations: Number of staff of operations/production at the factory has been reduced with the implementation of a team-shift turnaround schedule for the operations team to ensure we safeguard the health of our staff and reduce the risks of potential spread of flu. The use of this method will ensure we can continue the production, testing and delivery of instruments and handling of spare parts orders with minimum impact to lead times. We are working closely with our suppliers and logistic partners to keep our deliveries moving at best possible times with minimum impact.
- Sales and Technical support: To provide continuous customer and distributor support our staff works remotely using the current available digital communication tools to provide the best possible support daily in order to keep our customers’ analyzers in operation. TSHR staff will not travel to customers on-site, but will be available for further assistance if required at the factory.
We continue to monitor the fast-changing situation of COVID-19 these days and provide any updates on our operations if this may require. In case of any further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly.
Stay Safe and Healthy!
