UOP 779:

UOP 779 is the test method for determination of Chlorine in Petroleum Distillates by Microcoulometry

This method is for determining Chlorine content in liquid hydrocarbons at concentrations ranging from approximately 0.3 to 1000 ppm. Higher concentrations can be determined with appropriate sample dilution.

To comply with UOP 779 method, TSHR offers the NEXIS TX and TX 6000/7000 series Total Chlorine microcoulometric analyzer models with syringe liquids sample introduction module. For fully automated analysis the AS120 and HR 7000 models liquids autosampler configurations supported with temperature controlled sample trays can be applied.
